摘要
针对传统海底门过滤器不具有备杂质自清理、自动排污功能,因近海海域污染严重而导致堵塞频发、清洗困难等现状,借鉴炼油设备——油杂分离装置的滤芯结构,结合海水中杂质特性适应性改进了旋转碟片式滤芯、排污喷射泵等关键结构,成功设计了碟片式自清洗海底门过滤器。样机台架试验表明该过滤器能够有效减少堵塞几率,延长设备保养周期,可大幅度减轻舰员工作强度。
The marine pol lution situation of coastal waters in our country is increasing seriously? the defects of traditional sea chest filter is becoming more and more visible. Lack of impurities automatic cleaning and emission functions leads to the blocking and cleaning problem of traditional sea chest filter. According to the filter element of oil impurity separating device in petrochemical engineering and the characteristics of impurities in seawater, the rotary disk self-cleaning sea chest filter is designed. The function of impurities automatic cleaning and emission can be realized by means of the key structures such as rotary disk filter element and emission ejector. The results of prototype bench test show that the proposed design can effectively reduce the blocking probability and extend the maintenance cycle of equipment.
