专业工程分包商建筑材料的库存管理研究

摘要 为满足建筑行业对建筑材料精细化管理的需求,节约各级库存成本,文中把建筑专业工程分包商的库存系统分割成三个库存节点,建立整条供应链库存管理系统模型。结合工程施工的特殊性,采用双补货库存管理策略,定期补货和定期与周期性补货相结合的双策略,二级库存节点采用定点订购存储策略,三级库存节点采用定点与定期相结合的存储策略,并设计遗传算法求得相对最低库存成本值,这可以为建筑施工企业的库存管理提供参考。 The building supply chain inventory management is built based on mixed storage strategy for cost saving and satisfy the need of construction site. Combining with the particularity of engineering construction,adopts double replenishment inventory management strategy,the regular replenishment and regular combined with periodic replenishment of double strategy,secondary node adopts fixed point and order storage strategy,inventory level 3 inventory node adopts fixed point and the storage strategy of combining on a regular basis. The genetic algorithm is employed to solve the cost saving model. It is out of the proper point,the amount and period of ordering. The results show that the established model and algorithm are effective and feasible.
