摘要
工程物流作为国际工程总承包项目不可或缺的有机组成,直接影响着总承包企业的国际竞争力,规范、高效的物流管理不仅能保障工程项目顺利进行,而且能为项目提供巨大的利润空间。文中结合国际工程总承包项目物流特点,浅析国际工程物流的管理要点,针对物流管理过程中存在的问题,提出科学、有效的管理措施及建议,为今后国际工程物流管理提供参考。
Project logistics as an integral part of international general contracting project,directly affects the international competition ability of the general contracting enterprise. Standardized and efficient logistics management not only can guarantee the smooth progress of the project,but also provide a great space for reducing project cost. In this paper,combining with the characteristics of international EPC project logistics,key points of logistics management for international project are analyzed. In order to solve problems existing in the process of logistics management,scientific and effective management measures and suggestions are put forward and provided the reference for the future international EPC project logistics management.
