政府监管效率对餐饮废油治理影响的博弈分析

The Impact of Governance Efficiency on Waste Cooking Oil: A Game Theory Analysis

目前,我国治理餐饮废油已取得了一定成效,但餐饮废油流向食品市场的情况仍时有发生。如何从政府监管效率的角度提高餐饮废油治理水平,成为亟待解决的食品安全问题。文中通过建立完全信息静态博弈模型,对监管部门和餐饮废油回收企业的行为展开分析。研究结果表明政府监管策略与监管效率无关,但监管效率越高,越能够约束回收企业的行为。根据文中研究结论,提出了相应的政策建议。

At present the regulation of waste cooking oil （WCO） in China has achieved some success, but the WCO used as food oil still occurs at times, how to improve the supervision level of WCO from the perspective of government regulation has become the food safety problem to be solved. The paper, by adopting complete information static game model, analyzed the behavior of government and recycling companies during the process of WCO governance. The results show that the regulation policy has nothing to do with the efficiency, but the higher the efficiency of government regulation, the more obvious the constraint effect on the behavior of recycling companies. According to the above results,we put forward the related policy suggestions.
