基于泰尔指数的社会治理水平均衡性分析

Research on the Theil Index for Equilibrium of Social Governance

基于泰尔指数测度方法对2007-2014年的区域社会治理水平的差异性进行了分析,设计了人类发展、社会公平、公共服务、社会保障、公共安全和社会参与6个测度指标。研究表明六项指标的差异均有缩小的趋势,其中社会保障和公共服务这两项指标的差异度较大。全国的社会治理水平差异主要来自于区域内的差异,其中东部地区的社会治理水平差异最大,其次是西部和中部地区,东北地区的社会治理水平差异非常小。

This paper implies Theil index to analyze regional social governance from 2007 to 2014,and designs 6indicators of the human development,social justice,public services,social security,public safety and social participation.Research shows that differences in six indicators have a tendency to shrink,the difference of social security and public services are larger. National social governance difference mainly comes from the area difference,the diffidence in the eastern part is the biggest,followed by the western and The central region,northeast region is very small.
