摘要
当前,铁路货运企业物流人才匮乏、素质能力较低,已成为制约其转型发展的重要"瓶颈",文中分析了铁路物流人才的培养背景及现状,并以西安铁路职业技术学院为例,阐明了其铁路物流人才培养的优势及有效策略。
At present,the lack of railway freight transportation enterprise,logistics personnel quality is low,has become a bottleneck restricting the development of transformation,this paper analyzes the development background and current situation of logistics talents,and taking Xi＇an Institute of Railway Technology as an example,illustrates the railway logistics personnel training advantage and strategies.
