运用Delphi法确立国内成人病人人工气道湿化护理循证实践方案

To establish artificial airway humidification nursing evidence-based intervention program for adult patients in China through Delphi method

[目的]构建国内成人病人人工气道湿化护理循证实践方案。[方法]通过理论分析、文献回顾和专题小组讨论等方法构建国内成人病人人工气道湿化护理循证实践方案的初稿,并运用两轮Delphi专家咨询法明确成人病人人工气道湿化护理循证实践方案的具体维度及条目。[结果]本研究共纳入15名专家。两轮Delphi专家咨询后得到第1轮问卷回收率和有效率均为100.0%;第2轮专家咨询发放问卷15份,回收14份,回收率93.3%,有效率100.0%,专家的权威程度系数为0.83,专家协调系数检验P<0.01。两轮专家咨询共提出38条建议,课题组采纳33条。最终明确国内成人病人人工气道湿化护理循证实践方案包括4个维度、8个条目和35项具体内容。[结论]通过系统科学的方法明确了国内成人病人人工气道湿化护理循证实践方案,为临床实践提供参考。

Objective：To establish a artificial airway humidification nursing evidence-based intervention program for adult patients in China.Methods：Through theoretical analysis,literature review and consultation of exerts to construct draft artificial airway humidification nursing evidence-based interventions for adult patients.The final program with specific dimensions and items.was established by using the two rounds of Delphi expert consultation method.Results：A total of 15 experts were included in this study.After two rounds of expert consultations,in the first round the response rate and efficiency were both 100.0%;and those in the second round were 93.3%and 100.0%;the authority coefficient was 0.83;the P value of expert coordination coefficients test was less than0.05.In two rounds of expert consultation,total of 38 recommendations were put forward,in which 33 items were accepted.Finally the artificial airway humidification nursing evidence-based intervention program for adult patients in China was defined,including 4dimensions,8items and 35 specific contents.Conclusion：The evidencebased intervention program of adult patients with artificial airway in China is established through systematic and scientific methods,so as to provide a reference for clinical practice.
