大众旅游视域下旅游活动提升公民文明素质的路径研究

在大众旅游时代,旅游因其极强的关联带动性创造出了巨大的经济效益,不文明旅游现象亦层出不穷。充分释放旅游活动的社会教育功能,使得"寓教于游"不仅有助于延长旅游产品的生命周期以获得更大的经济利益,更在于它所彰显的社会价值,即公民文明素质的提升。可从建立完善的法律法规监督机制、发挥文明旅游教育的根本性作用、树立正确的大众传媒舆论导向等维度提升公民文明素质。

In the era of mass tourism,tourism creates enormous economic benefits because of its strong connections with other industries;however,the uncivilized tourism phenomenon emerges in an endless stream.The educational function of tourism activities should be fully tapped,because＂teaching through tourist activities＂not only extends the life cycle of tourism products to obtain greater economic benefits,but also reveals social value,i.e.the promotion of citizens＇ civitization qualities,which can be elevated by improving the supervision mechanisms of laws and regulations,giving play to the fundamental role of civilized tourism education,and setting up the right direction of public opinion.
