摘要
本研究使用目前国内常用的地膜生产设备和工艺,探讨了通过填充 CaCO_3、降低 PE 地膜成本的技术可能性和限度,通过系统研究填充母料配方和填充量对地膜中填料分散均匀性、地膜加工性能、物理和机械性能、以及耐老化性能的影响,优化了填充母料的配方,确定了适宜的填充量,指出了使用填充地膜技术必须充分注意的问题。
In this paper,using the conventional equipment and processing,We studiedthe technical possibility and costly reduction of the PE mulching limits byaddition of the CaCO_3.After a systematic investigation of the influence of the CaCO_3masterbatch formulation and its loadings on uniformity of filler dispersion,processing properties,physical and mechanical properties,and light ageingproperties of the films,the masterbatch formula and its suitable filling contentwere established and the important points which must take account of asusing this filling techniquc were also pointed out.
