摘要
采用断口宏、微观分析、力学性能检测、化学成分分析和金相检验等方法对铁塔主材断裂原因进行阐述,明确铁塔主材断裂原因,提出在输电线路铁塔安装过程中加大检测力度,严格控制质量,特别是铁塔材料的化学成分、力学性能,为输电线路铁塔安全稳定运行打下坚实基础。
By using the macro and micro fracture analysis, mechanical properties test, chemical component analysis, metallographic test and other methods, this paper analyzes the cause for the breakage of the primary material of a 110 kV power transmission line tower, and for building a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of the tower proposes the measures such as increasing detection during the tower installation, controlling strictly the quality of the primary material, especially the chemical component and mechanical properties.
