近年来,中国工业经济发展迅速,"中国制造"誉满全球,我国已经成为了全球最大的"世界工厂"。"世界工厂"在带来经济发展的同时,也造成了严重的生态问题。在经济发展新常态和大力推进生态文明建设的新形势下,我们既要对内加强技术创新、深化供给侧改革,又要对外设立生态门槛、推进全球生态治理,多方施力,努力走出"世界工厂"的生态困境。

In recent years, Chinese industry economy has developed rapidly. The ＂Made in China＂ reputation is renowned all over the world. China has become the world＇ s largest world factory. We got economic benefits from the ＂world factory＂ and pay huge environmental cost at the same time. Under economic new normal the new situation of ecological civilization building, we should not only strengthen technological innovation and deepen the supply side reform internally, but also set up the ecological threshold and promote the global ecological management external. Finally we can get out of the world factory ecological dilemma with the various efforts at home and abroad.
