当前森林刑事犯罪分子为了逃避打击,多通过QQ、微信等网络科技手段实施野生动植物犯罪,而森林公安在侦办此类犯罪中存在着电子取证意识不强、取证程序不规范取证技术力量薄弱等缺陷,其原因主要是由部分地区投入不足、人员素质相对不高等造成的。现阶段只有加大投入、建立专门的电子取证队伍、加强取证技术研究、提取、固定电子证据等措施,才能更好的防控森林野生动植物犯罪。
