推动高校应用型人才培养的产学研合作模式探究

为了探索高校应用型人才培养的新模式,结合安阳工学院在区域产学研合作的实践,探讨了仪器设备共享、人才资源共享、引导和鼓励企业设立奖学金、共建科学研究平台、定向为企业培养人才和联合开展实习实训等途径和方法,提出了高校在科研合作、学科、仪器和人才培养等方面的思路和方法。

In order to explore new mode of cultivating applied talents in colleges and universities, in combination with the practice of Industry-University-Research of Anyang Institute of Technology in the area, the ways and methods of sharing the instruments and equipment and human resources, guiding and encouraging enterprises to establish a scholarship, building scientific research platform with joint efforts, directional cultivating talents for the enterprise and jointing to carry out the practical training were discussed. On the basis of the actual operation, the ideas and methods were put forward in scientific research cooperation, subjects, instruments, and personnel training in the colleges and universities.
