摘要
从事英诗汉译的人须两种语言都要过硬,并具有深厚的诗学造诣,千方百计地捕获英诗中的各种相似性手段,而后在成型的汉诗中或运用或变通,以达到与原诗相似的艺术效果。译者可用自己喜欢的句式,自如而又充分地表达原诗诗意。对于诗体,译者不要按图索骥,削足适履。
Peopl both the English e who are engaged in translating English poems language and the Chinese language and have the into Chinese ones have to, above all, master profound poetry attainments. They can manage to capture the various similar means in the English poems and then apply or accommodate them in the forming Chinese poems in order to attain the artistic effects similar to the original poems. Therefore, using the sentence patterns that they like, translators may express freely and fully the original poetic sentiments. After translation, for the poem forms, translators never handle them in a mechanical way, and never cut the feet to fit the shoes. In order to let Chinese readers appreciate English poems, translators should do that: be sure that English poems must experience a process to be reborn from ash fire.
