Determination of Heavy Metals in Slimming Health Products by ICP-MS

目的:对20批不同厂家的减肥类保健品中铅(Pb)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)3种重金属的含量进行考察和研究。方法:样品为10批减肥胶囊及10批减肥茶,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定样品中3种重金属的含量。结果:测定的3种重金属元素标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.999,样品中2批减肥茶的Pb含量超标,As、Hg含量均符合规定。结论:20批样品中2批Pb含量超标,为减肥类产品市场的质量考察提供参考。

Objective： To investigate and study three kinds of heavy metal contents about Pb, As, Hg in twenty batches of slimming health products by different manufacturers. Methods： Determinate three kinds of heavy metal contents simultaneously in ten batches of slimming capsule and ten batches of slimming tea by ICP-MS. Results： About the three kinds of measured elements, the correlation coefficient of standard curves were greater than 0. 999. The content of Pb element of two batches of slimming tea were excessive, and the contents of As and Hg were up to standard. Conclusion： Two in twenty batches of Pb contents were excessive, this result provide a reference for quality inspect of slimming products market.
