微波消解ICP-MS法测定壮药小牛力中5种重金属的含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定壮药小牛力中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)5种重金属含量的方法。方法:样品经混合酸微波消解后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定壮药小牛力中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜5种重金属的含量。结果:该方法对各元素的检出限为0.04226~0.5010 ng·m L^(-1),回收率为93%~106%,国家标准物质茶叶(GBW10016)的测定值和标准值基本吻合。结论:所建立的方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,可用于测定壮药小牛力中5种重金属的含量。 Objective:To establish the analysis method for determination of the 5 kinds of heavy metals (Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cu) in Zhuang-drug MiUettia pulchra Kurz var. Laxior (Dunn) Z. Wei. Methods: The samples were digested by mix acid using the microwave and determined of the 5 kinds of heavy metals (Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cu) in Zhuang-drug Millettia pulchra Kurz var. Laxior(Dunn) Z. Wei. by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Results:Detection limits for above elements were 0. 04226 - 0. 5010 ng ·mL^-1 ,with the recoveries were 93% - 106%. The results obtained showed close agreement with the national standard substances of tea leaves(GBW10016). Conclusion: This method is fast, accurate and reliable, which can be used to determinate the contents of the 5 kinds of heavy metals( Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cu ) in Zhuang-drug Millettia pulchra Kurz var. Laxior(Dunn)Z. Wei.
