摘要
过氧化物酶属于生物酶的一个重要的组成部分,能够催化低分子量的有机物和无机物生成相关的聚合产物。它比一般的生物酶具有更高的选择性和催化效率,反应条件也比较温和,已被广泛的应用到科学研究、社会生产和社会生活的许多方面。本文综合概述了5种不同过氧化物酶的结构、催化机理以及它们在催化聚合方面的应用进展。
Peroxidase is one kind of enzyme, which can catalyze low molecular weight organic and inorganic substance's polymerization to format the relative polymer. Peroxidase has better selectivity and catalytic efficiency than other enzyme, and it's reaction condition is milder, therefore, it has been widely applied to scientific research, production and our daily life. This article summarized the research progress of five different kind of peroxidase's structure, catalytic mechanism and application of catalytic polymerization.
