秦皇岛高端休闲体育产业发展问题与对策研究

The Study on the Development and Countermeasures of Hi-end Leisure Sports Industry in Qinhuangdao

为推动秦皇岛高端休闲体育产业的发展,文章运用调查、文献资料、数理统计等方法,对秦皇岛高端休闲体育产业发展前景、优势、问题进行了分析,研究认为,秦皇岛高端休闲体育产业发展存在产业规划缺失、产业发展战略不明晰、产业布局不合理、周边区域产业同质化较重、产业链条关联度弱、同主导产业关联度弱、专业人才匮乏等问题。针对问题提出了强化产业规划、强化环境保护、市场导向错位发展、强化产业联动、突出滨海休闲特色、承办赛事培育市场、校企合作培养专业人才的对策。

The methods of investigation, literature consultation, mathematical statistics were used to analyze the prospects, the advantages and the problems of the hi-end leisure sports industry development in Qinhuangdao to impel its development. Based on the studies, there are several major problems： such as lack of the industry planning, indistinct strategy of the industry development, unreasonable industrial distribution, serious industrial homogeneity in the peri-region, weak correlation degree of the industrial chain, weak correlation degree of the same leading industry and talent scarcity. In accordance with these problems, the article provides some countermeasures： strengthening the industry planning, strengthening the environmental protection, misplacing development of the market orientation, strengthening the industrial interactive development, highlighting the characteristics of the coastal leisure, undertaking competitions and cultivating market, training professional talents by cooperation between school and enterprise.
