医学新生专业认同与学业自我效能感研究 被引量:10

摘要 文章采用大学生专业认同问卷和学业自我效能感问卷对180名医学新生进行调查研究,探讨了医学新生专业认同与学业自我效能感的现状及其关系。结果表明,医学新生的专业认同和学业自我效能感普遍处于中等偏上水平。其中,不同专业的医学新生在学业自我效能感总分上没有显著差异,在专业认同上存在显著差异,表现为临床专业新生的专业认同总分显著高于中医和护理专业,中医专业新生的专业认同总分显著高于护理专业;志愿选择对于医学新生的学业自我效能感没有显著影响,对于专业认同总分有显著影响,表现为自主选择专业的专业认同得分显著高于调剂专业。相关分析发现,医学新生的专业认同总分与学业自我效能感总分显著正相关。 In this study, we investigated the current situation and the relationship between speciality identity and academic selfefficacy of medical freshmen by using the questionnaire of college students' speciality identity and academic self-efficacy questionnaire. The results showed that the speciality identity and academic self-efficacy of medical freshmen were generally in the middle level. There was no significant difference in academic self-efficacy score among different major types, but there was significant difference in speciality identity score. Clinical students' speciality identity score was significantly higher than those of Chinese medicine and nursing, and Chinese medicine students' speciality identity score was significantly higher than nursing. It had no significant effect on different major choice in medical students' academic self-efficacy score, but it had remarkable effect on different major choice in the total score of speciality identity. The group of independent choice was higher than major adjustment. The correlation analysis showed that the total score of speciality identity of medical freshmen was significantly positively correlated with the total score of academic self-efficacy.
