ICMM健康风险评价法在煤制天然气企业职业病危害评价中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究将国际采矿与金属委员会(ICMM)健康风险评价法运用到我国煤制天然气企业职业病危害风险评价。方法以内蒙古某煤制天然气企业为研究对象,对现场进行职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测等,运用该风险评价法的定量法分别对煤制天然气企业关键岗位的职业病危害进行风险评价。结果通过ICMM健康风险评价得出接触粉尘导致尘肺病的输煤皮带巡检岗位RR=3 600、输煤皮带保洁岗位RR=3 600、放灰除渣岗位RR=3 600,接触一氧化碳的气化岗位RR=900,上述4个岗位的RR值均>400,为不可容忍岗位,其他化学毒物风险低。结论该评价法能够较为科学合理地对煤制天然气企业职业病危害进行的风险评价。 [Objective] To evaluate the applicability of an occupational health risk assessment by ICMM in coal based synthetic natural gas enterprises in China. [Methods]A coal based synthetic natural gas enterprise in Inner Mongolia was selected as the subject. By using the occupational health survey and occupational hazard factors detection,the quantitative methods from ICMM risk assessment were used to evaluate the occupational hazards in the key positions of coal based synthetic natural gas enterprise.[Results]The results showed that risks of pneumoconiosis caused by dust exposure were as follows: RR=3 600 in coal belt inspection position,RR =3 600 in coal belt cleaning position and RR =3 600 in slag discharge position,and the risk of carbon monoxide exposure in gasification position was RR=900. RR values in these positions were higher than 400,which belonged to the intolerable position. The risk levels of other chemicals were relatively low. [Conclusion] The assessment method can scientifically and reasonably evaluate the occupational hazards in coal based synthetic natural gas enterprises.
