Effect of Cylinder-attached Carding Equipment on Carding Quality: Technological Practice

介绍了锡林附加分梳器材的作用和功效,分析了锡林附加前后固定盖板、棉网清洁器等分梳器材组合的作用原理及对梳理质量的影响,通过实践验证分梳附加器材在自由梳理、排除杂质、下泄气流、预分梳分离纤维束及整理单纤维梳理效果等方面具有积极的作用。在梳理过程中合理加装分梳附加器材并优化工艺,能够明显提高梳理质量。

The functional mechanism and effect on carding quality of the stationary flats at the front and back of a cylinder and web cleaner were studied. It was found that these devices played an positive role in free carding, impurity removing, airflow discharging, pre - carding fiber bundle separation and single fiber carding. It is conclu- ded that properly attached carding equipment can improve the carding quality remarkably.
