健脑益血合剂中马钱苷含量的HPLC法测定

Determination of Loganin in Jiannao Yixue Mixture(健脑益血合剂) by HPLC

目的：建立测定健脑益血舍剂组分中马钱苷含量的方法。方法：采用HPLC法，以马钱苷为含测指标，采用Phenomenex Germini C18色谱柱（250×4．60mm，5μm），以乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（9：91）为流动相，流速为1．0mL/min，检测波长为236nm，柱温为35℃。结果：马钱苷进样量在0．1116-2．232μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9993；马钱苷平均回收率为98．64％，RSD％为1．5％。结论：该方法快速简便，准确可行，专属性强，可作为健脑益血合剂中马钱苷含量的质量控制方法。

Objective： To establish a method for determination of Loganin in Jiannao Yixue Mixture （健脑益血合剂） by HPLC. Methods： Loganin was regarded as the index of content determination by HPLC. A Phenomenex Germini C18 column （250mm×4.60mm, 5 μm） was used with a Acetonitrile-0.1% H3P04 （9：91） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was at 236 nm, and the column temperature was maintained at 35℃. Results： There was a good liner relationship with a range of 0.1116-2.232 μg for loganin, r=0.9993. The average recovery rate was 98.64% and the RSD was 1.5%. Conclusion： The method was rapid, simple and reliable, which could be regarded as a reasonable method for quality control of Loganin in Jiannao Yixue Mixture.
