鸡病毒性关节炎是由禽呼肠孤病毒引起的一种病毒性传染病。在鸡群中可通过垂直传播和水平传播这两种途径进行传播。该病毒主要以侵害趾关节、跗关节和肌腱为特征,通常导致病鸡呈现跛行、跗关节肿胀等临床症状。剖检病鸡可见到腓肠肌腱出血、坏死或断裂,胫骨干增厚等剖检症状。可根据临床症状、剖检结果、结合实验室检查对该病进行确诊。本文将从病原学、流行病学、诊断方法和预防等几个方面进行综述。
