摘要
针对我国甘蔗除草、杀虫等喷药主要依赖人力作业,大型轮式拖拉机不适应目前种植行距,研制了3WXP-800型拖拉机悬挂式甘蔗喷药机。该机具可定向喷药,适合甘蔗、木薯等热带作物喷洒化学除草剂、杀虫剂和液态肥料作业等。本文主要对机具的机架、喷杆、管路等进行优化设计,并进行试验测试与分析。测试结果表明,该机各项指标达到了设计要求,大大提高了作业效率和降低了成本。
According to Chinese sugarcane' s chemical spray of weeding and disinsection mainly relied on human operation, and large wheeled tractor s not suitable to the current plant row spacing, so developed the 3 WXP - 800 type hanging type sugarcane spray insecticide machine. The new machinery can directionally sprays and is suitable for the spraying chemical herbicides, insecticides and liquid fertilizer of the tropical crops, such as sugarcane, cassava. This article maily to the optimized design of the machine' s frame, spray rod and pipeline, and verified by experiment test and analyzed. The test results showed that the machine's indicators met the design requirements, and improved the work efficiency and reduced cost.
