摘要 针对非圆齿轮设计过程中设计复杂、计算量大、设计周期长等难题,研究椭圆齿轮传动的传动原理和设计方法,对椭圆齿轮进行参数化系统设计和有限元模态分析。以Solid Works为开发平台,在VB 6.0环境下开发了椭圆齿轮三维模型设计系统,该系统包括参数计算模块、三维建模、运动仿真模块等。通过用样条曲线连接各节点形成渐开线的方法,实现了高阶椭圆齿轮副节曲线计算机辅助设计,从而提高了椭圆齿轮传动设计的效率和精度。并采用有限元分析软件对设计出的椭圆齿轮进行有限元模态分析,对其固有振动特性进行了分析研究。 Aiming at the problems of complex non-circular gear, large amount of calculation, and long design cycle in the design process, the elliptical gear transmission principle and design method are studied, parametric design and finite element modal analysis of elliptical gears are carried out. Taking SolidWorks as a development platform, in the VB 6.0 environment, elliptical gear three-dimensional model design system is developed. The system includes parameter calculation module, 3D modeling, motion simulation module and so on. By the method of connecting the nodes with spline curve to form involute, the high order elliptic gears CAD section curve is realized, so as to improve the efficiency and precision of the elliptical gear drive design. Using finite element analysis software to design the elliptical gear in finite element modal analysis, the inherent vibration characteristics are researched and analyzed.
