摘要
利用有限元方法进行城市客车车身模态分析已得到广泛应用。在现有参考文献中,较少涉及悬架系统对车身模态特性的影响。建立了包含悬架系统的模型城市客车车身有限元模型,研究了怠速工况下,不同弹簧刚度对城市客车车身模态特性的影响。分析结果表明:弹簧刚度对该型城市客车车身各阶频率影响较小,对各阶振型几乎无影响。
Finite element method has been widely used in modal analysis of city coach body characteristics. The current research has little reference to the effect of suspension system on city coach body characteristics. This paper established finite element model of city coach body with suspension system, researched the effect of different spring stiffness on modal analysis under coasting condition. The result shows that spring stiffness has little effect on each order mode of city coach body, and almost has no effect on each mode of vibration.
