摘要
我国除了国有煤矿和大型个人煤矿企业外,还存在着数量众多的小型煤矿。在煤矿防突技术上,大型煤矿做得比较到位,但那些小型煤矿因为经济原因而做得不好。本文从煤矿防突知识入手,探讨一下如何构建煤矿防突技术。
In addition to the state-owned coal mines and large individual coal mining enterprises, there are still a large number of small coal mines in China. In the coal mine outburst prevention technology, large coal mines do more in place, because of economic reasons, those small coal mines do not good. This article start from the coal mine outburst prevention knowledge to discusses how to build the coal mine outburst prevention technology.
