摘要 石壕煤矿采用立井单水平上下山开拓,矿井辅助运输系统采用轨道运输,运输环节较多。14胶带运输巷采用岩巷快速掘进作业线后,出矸量大,12采区下山绞车提矸能力无法满足要求。将原12采区上山废弃煤仓改造为矸石仓,排矸系统由轨道—绞车—矿车运输改造为胶带运输,形成独立的排矸系统,减少矸石的运输环节,保证14胶带运输巷正常掘进。 ShiHao coal mine used the vertical shaft single level rise and dip development, mine auxiliary transportation system used the rail transport, the transport links is more. After applied the fast excavation line in 14 belt conveyer roadway, the gangue amount is large, the hoist ability of the dip winch of 12 mining area can not meet the requirements abandoned coal bunker of 12 district rise was transformed into the gangue bunker, changed the gangue discharge system that was composed of rail - winch - tramcar transport into the belt transport system, which reduce transportation gangue, and ensure the normal driving 14 tape transport lane.
