摘要
宜兴煤业主斜井强力皮带机原有系统运力低,三台拖动电机无法实现主、从自由切换,主机一旦故障主斜井强力皮带机便无法运行。另外系统盘杂交错故障排查困难,导致故障停机影响时间长。改造后的新系统采用本质安全型可编程控制器,使系统结构一目了然,简洁易用;并实现主、从自由切换,充分保障了咽喉部位的主斜井系统稳定、可靠运行。
The original belt system transportation capacity of the main inclined shaft of Yixing coal is low, and not from the main, free to switch, once the main engine occur the fault, the main shaft strength belt will not run. In addition, the system is complex the fault troubleshooting is difficult, which result in a long downtime, after the transformation, The new system use the intrinsically safety programmable controller, which makes the system structure clear, simple and easy to use; and realize the free switch from the main to the slave engine, which fully protect the stable and reliable operation of the main shaft system.
