摘要
针对悬臂式掘进机研究开发的热点及技术关键问题,对EBH300A悬臂式横轴掘进机截割部的结构动态特性进行深入研究。通过对掘进机及截割部的位姿、运动特性及结构动态特性的研究,揭示掘进机截割部在工作过程中的结构运动、结构振型动特性规律,为结构优化设计、提高承载能力及强度、状态监测及开发出性能更优的掘进机提供基础依据。
For cantilever machine hot and key technical problems in the research and development, this paper EBH300A cantilever structure dynamic characteristics of the horizontal axis machine cutting part, in-depth study on the position of machine and cutting part, movement characteristics and structural dynamic characteristics research, reveal structural movement in the working process of the machine cutting part, structural modal characteristics, for the structure optimization design, improve the bearing capacity and strength, condition monitoring, and to develop better performance of machine to provide basic basis.
