本文分析探讨了拜城县众泰煤焦化有限公司在设备检修及维护方面的精细化管理模式,该模式的实施为提高检修质量、降低设备维护成本,打造了精益化的检修团队提供了借鉴。
This paper discusses Baicheng County Public Thai Coal Coking Co., Ltd. in equipment maintenance and maintenance of the fine management mode, the implementation of the management mode for reduces the maintenance cost of the equipment, to create a lean maintenance team to provide a reference.
