摘要
在氯碱行业,存在着氯与碱的不平衡问题。利用Deacon反应可将生产过程中过剩的HCl氧化为氯气,以解决Cl_2紧缺的问题。既保护了环境,又提高了氯原子的利用率。在列管式固定床反应器中进行了千吨级中试实验,测得了HCl的出口转化率。根据中试实验数据,建立了相应的Deacon反应列管式固定床反应器一维拟均相数学模型。
In chlor-alkali industry,chlorine and alkali exist imbalances.Deacon reaction will convert excess HCl to chlorine in order to solve the problem of shortage of Cl_2.This process protects the environment,and improves the utilization efficiency of the chlorine atoms.The pilot experiment was carried out in fix bed reactor,and the data of HCl conversion was obtained.The macro-kinetics model of this reactor and one dimensional axial dispersion model were established.
