脉血康胶囊对缺血性脑卒中的二级预防价值

Value of Maixuekang capsules in secondary prevention of ischemic stroke

目的探讨脉血康胶囊预防缺血性脑卒中患者复发的长期价值。方法选取该院神经内科就诊的406例患者,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组203例,在完成基线评估后,实验组患者在服用氯吡格雷的同时加服用脉血康胶囊2个月,对照组患者仅服用氯吡格雷。实验开始后,随访患者的脑卒中复发和死亡情况,并随访12个月时患者的神经功能评分。比较两组患者的缺血性脑卒中复发率、死亡率及改良Ranking量表(m RS)评分。结果在1、3、6和12个月时,两组患者的全因病死率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但实验组较对照组的全因病死率有更好地下降趋势。实验开始后1和3个月时两组患者缺血性脑卒中复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但随访6和12个月时,实验组缺血性脑卒中复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访12个月时,两组患者m RS评级比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组优于对照组。结论脉血康胶囊联合氯吡格雷较单用氯吡格雷能更好地降低缺血性脑卒中的复发率,改善患者的生存质量,脉血康胶囊可以作为目前缺血性脑卒中常用二级预防药物的有效补充。

Objective To explore the long-term preventive effect of Maixuekang capsules on recurrence of ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 406 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly assigned to trial group （n = 203） and control group （n = 203）. After base-line assessment, the participants in the trial group were treated with Clopidogrel plus Maixuekang capsules for 2 months, and the participants in the control group was only treated with Clopidogrel. After follow-up for 12 months, the mortality, the incidence of recurrent stroke and the modified Ranking Scale （mRS） score were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the mortality between the two groups 1, 3, 6 or 12 months after treatment （P〉 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of recurrent stroke between the two groups 1, 3 months after treatment. After 6- and 12-month follow-up, the incidence of recurrent stroke in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group, respectively （P〈 0.05）. After 12-month follow-up, there was a significant difference in the mRS score between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Maixuekang capsules combined with Clopidogrel can decrease the incidence of recurrent stroke and at the same time can improve the life quality of patients. Maixuekang capsule can be used as an effective supplement to current drugs for secondary prevention of ischemic stroke.
