重症医学专科护士培训内容需求的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Training Needs of Nurses in Critical Care Medicine

目的了解ICU护士对重症医学专科护士培训内容的需求,为完善重症医学专科护士培训提供参考依据。方法便利抽样法选择2014年5-7月和2015年5-7月参加重庆医科大学附属第一医院重症医学专科护士培训的120名学员,对其培训需求进行问卷调查并加以分析。结果培训学员对培训内容的需求依次为危重症患者的急救和护理、呼吸和肾功能支持、护理不良事件的预防和上报、血流动力学监测技术、危重症患者应用药物的管理与营养支持、ICU院内感染的管理、护理科研;并因ICU工作年限、学历、所在医院级别的不同而对培训内容的需求有所不同。结论对重症医学专科护士的培训应采用分层次、分级别的多种培训模式以满足其多元化、个体化的需求。

Objective To understand the training needs of nurses in critical care medicine,in order to provide a reference for the improvement of the training of medical specialist nurses.Methods By convenience sampling,120 students were selected and their training needs were evaluated by questionnaire.Results The training needs of care nurses were first aid and nursing care of critically ill patients,respiratory and renal functions support,the prevention and report of nursing adverse events,monitoring techniques of haemodynamics,the management of the application of drugs and nutritional support,the management of ICU infection,nursing research.The training needs were different among students with different ICU working experience,educational background and employed by different level of hospital.Conclusions Multilevel training program should be applied for nurses in critical care medicine to fulfill their individualized needs.
