Progress management is a management to ensure that the project must be completed in accordance with the contract time. The paper analyzes the process flow and method of progress management of engineering project from two aspects of the progress plan preparation and progress tracking and control. According to the work experience, the paper puts forward the measures and suggestions to ensure the successful progress of the management.
