摘要
电子化招投标有助于规范招投标的操作,保障投标信息的保密性,增加违规难度,强化监控,促进企业的优胜劣汰,但在软件设计开发和部门监管方面也存在一些不足,针对这些优缺点提出相应的优化构想。
Electronic tendering and bidding help to standardize the operation of tendering and bidding, keep the confidentiality of bidding information, increase the illegal difficulty, strengthen the monitoring and promote the survival of the fittest of the enterprise, however, there has some deficiencies in the aspects of the design and development of the software and department supervision, the relevant optimization assumption will be put forward according to the advantages and disadvantages.
