老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床诊治

Clinical recognition of lumbar disc herniation in the aged people

随着人口的老龄化,老年腰椎间盘突出症发病率逐年升高,极大地影响了老年人的生活品质。由于老年腰椎间盘突出症常常会并发其他脊柱结构退变等而出现一定的特殊性,因此,如何把握其特殊的临床诊治原则应当引发临床及学术界的关注。笔者将近年来关于老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床诊治及科研文献作一综述,试图总结其中的特点和规律性为老年腰椎间盘突出症诊治提供参考。

Along with population aging worldwide, the incidence of senile lumbar disc herniation （SLDH） has been on the increase, which has a huge effect on the life quality of the aged population. Apart from traditional symptoms and signs of LDH, SLDH has some typical characteristics of its own, which is closely related to the progressive degeneration of the spinal column. The selection of right approach is of great importance. This paper reviewed some literature and clinical reports in recent years about SLDH in order to contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
