综合性医院住院医师规范化培训多维度评价研究

Studying on the multidimensional evaluation of the standardized residents training in comprehensive hospitals

目的:通过对某综合性医院参加住院医师规范化培训的254名住院医生进行调查,了解其对规范化培训项目各维度评价的现状和存在问题,为更好的开展和规范住院医师规范化提供参考建议。方法:本研究采用问卷调查的形式进行,对参加该医院住院医师规范化培训的住院医师为调查对象,收集的资料采用双人录入的方式建立Epidata3.1数据库,利用SPSS21.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:评价项目中培训环境、相互支持、辅助检查服务、师资、诊疗设施条件5个维度2014年与2015年间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),2015年评价得分均高于2014年得分。"病种的质量与多样性"、"工作量规定合理"、"临床实践机会充足"、"住院轮转实践的总体质量"、"轮转科室会诊的总体质量"、"患者运送服务"、"行政管理服务"、"提高科学文献能力"、"充足的空间"、"安全性"、"保密性"在2014年与2015年间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化培训各维度在2014年与2015年间均得到显著性改善,提示该医院住院医师规范化培训整体效果得到提高,为进一步规范和改进提出建议。

The Chinese Health Service Management. Abstract To study the status and problems of multidimensional evaluation of the standardized residents training in compre- hensive hospitals, and provide references for improving it. Methods All the participants in standardized residents training in one hos- pital were surveyed with questionnaires. Data was input to create Epidata3.1 databases and analyzed with statistical software of SPSS21.0. Results The factors of training environment, mutual support, auxiliary examination service, faculty, diagnosis and treat- ment facilities were significantly higher in 2015 than those in 2014 （P 〈 0. 05 ）. And the factors, such as quality and diversity of diseases, reasonable workload, sufficient clinic practice, overall quality of rotary practice in hospital and overall quality of rotary de- partment consultation, were significantly different between 2014 and 2015 （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion All the dimensions of standard- ized residents training and its total effect were significantly improved.
