“健康湖北”背景下居民健康素养研究

Evaluation on Healthy Literacy under the Background of “Healthy Hubei” Project

目的：了解“健康湖北”项目实施5年后居民健康素养情况,评价项目实施的效果,为后期的“健康湖北”建设政策和措施的制定提供科学依据。方法：采用分层整群抽样方法抽取湖北省3个城市6个社区15～69岁居民2143人,使用统一制作的问卷了解居民健康素养情况。结果：湖北省居民健康素养水平为63.70%,健康知识知晓率为83.95%,健康行为形成率为43.63%。健康知识知晓率最低的方面是关于打针和吃药的选择,健康行为形成率最低的方面是关于健康体检。城市、年龄段、职业是健康素养的综合影响因素。结论：“健康湖北”项目的实施在健康素养方面取得了一定的成效,在后期的项目实施过程中应该积极了解弱势人群的健康需求,在加强健康知识宣传的同时注重健康行为的培养和矫正。

To investigate the status of healthy literacy after five years of ＂Healthy Hubei＂ project construction, to evaluate the effect of the project and to provide scientific evidence of intervention strategies for later construction. Methods A total of 2143 resi- dents aged 15 to 69 were selected from 6 communities of 3 cities with stratified cluster sampling to assess healthy literacy after ＂Healthy Hubei＂ project by using uniform questionnaire. Results There were 63.70% residents investigated with healthy literacy, 83.95% with basic knowledge about healthy literacy and concept,43.63% reporting healthy life style, lowest rate in health knowl- edge aspect was about injections and medication and the lowest rate of health behaviors is about health examination. City, age, occu- pation were comprehensive factors of health literacy. Conclusion Health demands of vulnerable groups should actively satisfied in the latter part of construction, strengthen health knowledge propaganda while focusing on redressing health behavior.
