鼻咽癌组织中己糖激酶2的表达及临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨己糖激酶2(HK-Ⅱ)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法选择鼻咽癌患者活检组织25例作为观察组,另取同期慢性鼻咽部炎症患者活检组织为对照组,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应检测两组HK-ⅡmRNA的表达,采用免疫印迹法检测两组HK-Ⅱ蛋白表达。结果观察组HK-ⅡmRNA和蛋白表达均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。鼻咽癌组织中HK-ⅡmRNA和蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移有关,且有淋巴结转移者表达高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05);与年龄和性别无关(P>0.05)。结论 HK-Ⅱ的高度表达与鼻咽癌的发生、发展有关,可作为鼻咽癌靶向治疗的重要分子标志物。
