Dynesys在腰椎退变性疾病中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 动态固定系统(Dynesys)是由法国学者Dubois及其同事在Graf韧带系统基础上改进而来,并于1994年首先应用于临床,是目前临床上使用较为广泛的后路非融合系统之一。Dyne—sys组成组件包括钛合金椎弓根螺钉、聚碳酸酯聚氨酯(PCU)弹性套管和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)绳索。
