高职院校学生公寓半数字化视角下管理路径探析

Management Path Analysis on Student Apartments of Vocational Colleges in the Perspective of Semi-digit

目前,高职院校的学生公寓存在学生缺乏足够的安全意识,部分学生心理处于亚健康态。高职院校的学生公寓管理正在从半数字化向智能化、数字化管理发展。数字化信息给高职院校的学生教育带来机遇的同时,也给学生公寓带来了挑战。学生公寓半数字化下高职院校的学生的管理,辅导员要做好即时信息的传递与管理,各个部门之间要及时沟通与配合,学生思想工作不能全部依赖信息平台,才能使学生公寓管理向着"公寓育人"的方向发展。

At present, students in the apartments of vocational colleges are lack of sufficient safety consciousness, and some students are in sub-health state. The management of student apartments in vocational colleges is developing from semi-digitalization to intelligent and digital management. Digital information brings opportunities for the vocational education, but also brings challenges to the student apartments. In the management of semi-digital student apartments, counselors should do a good job of real-time information transmission and management; the various departments need communication and cooperation in a timely manner; students＇ ideological work can not rely entirely on information platform, in order to make student apartment management develop towards the ＂apartment education＂ direction.
