摘要
物流业的国际化和全球化使得物流英语被广泛地应用在物流产业的各个领域,同时对从业人员的物流英语的职业能力提出了更高的要求。调查研究物流业对物流英语人才的职业能力的需求及其培养现状。根据调查分析结果,对物流英语人才的培养提出建议:教学改革要做好顶层设计,重视岗位需求和职业导向,凝练课程特色,打造实践教学体系,推进校企深度融合,创新人才培养模式,打造高素质、专兼结合的"双师结构"师资队伍。
With the internationalization and globalization of logistics industry, logistics English is widely used in various fields of logistics industry, at the same time, professional competence of employees of logistics English is required highly. This paper focuses on the needs of the logistics English talents and its current situation of cultivation. According to survey results, it puts forward suggestions for personnel training： better top-level designing for teaching reform, emphazing on position requirements and career orientation,condensing characteristics of courses, building the system of practical teaching, promoting the profound integration of colleges and industries, innovating the mode of personnel training, building teaching staff of high quality and double-competency construction.
