摘要
橄榄石型结构的LiFePO_4作为一种新的锂离子电池正极材料,具很多优点,例如:价格便宜、材料来源广泛、理论比容量高(约170m Ah/g)、热稳定性好、对环境友好、无吸湿性等,近年来引起了人们的广泛关注,并希望成为新一代的首选的可替代LiCoO_2的锂离子二次电池的正极材料。通过X射线衍射(X-Ray Dirffactoin)分析了合成产物的结构晶型,结果表明掺杂和包覆后的材料仍为单一的橄榄石型晶体结构。
As a new anode of lithium ion battery,olivine lithium iron phosphate has many advantages,for example: abundance source,low cost,high specific theory capacity good thermal stability,little hygroscopicity and environmentally. It has been researched intensely in recent years,people hope that it can be used as the first choice anode material of lithium ion battery. We used X-Ray Dirffaction( XRD) to analyze Phase composition. The results showed that after doped the materials were simple pure olive-type phase.
