铜离子是一种广泛存在于生物体和环境的金属离子,但其含量过高对生物体和环境是有害的因此对其检测具有非常重要的意义。目前,对铜离子的检测有很多种方法,而荧光光谱法有选择性好、灵敏度高、响应时间短等优点而受到了越来越多人的关注。本文主要介绍几种常见的铜离子荧光分子探针。

Copper ion is a kind of metal ion,which is widely existed in organisms and environment,but its content is too high to be harmful to organisms and environment,so it is very important to detect the copper ion. At present,there are many methods for the detection of copper ion,and the fluorescence spectrum method has the advantages of good selectivity,high sensitivity,short response time and so on. This paper mainly introduces some kinds of common copper ion fluorescent molecular probes.
