摘要
选择性剪切(alternative splicing,AS)在高等植物中是伴随着转录而进行的过程。近年来的研究表明该方式广泛的参与了高等植物对非生物胁迫逆境的转录调控过程中,为植物提供了一条迅速应对环境变化的及时有效的调控方案。本文综述了AS的调控原理,作用机理;重点探讨了AS与染色体表观遗传学修饰的关系。并在此基础上阐述了在逆境条件下高等植物应用AS伴随着转录进行基因表达调控的原理。
In higher plants,Alternative splicing( AS) tends to happened co-transcriptionally. In recent years,more and more evidences proved that AS extensively involved in the transcriptional regulation of higher plants responding to abiotic stress factors,and pro In this review,we elucidate the principle of AS regulation mechanism and focused on the relationship of AS with chromosome epigenetic modifications. Based on these discussion,we described the mechanisms of how plants response to adverse environment by AS cotransctiptionally.
