摘要
合作教育项目认证制度对加拿大合作教育的发展和人才培养质量的保障发挥了至关重要的作用。本文基于利益相关者的视角,在简要介绍加拿大合作教育项目认证制度的基础上,依次重点分析讨论了加拿大合作教育项目认证制度如何满足高校、雇主和学生的利益需求以及三方利益需求的整合机制,认为满足高校、雇主、学生主要利益相关者的利益需求是合作教育项目认证制度得以建立的合理性基础,合作教育项目认证制度为高校、雇主、学生建立持久的合作依存关系和合作教育项目的成功实施提供了制度保障。把雇主作为高等教育特别是校企合作人才培养的主要利益相关者,整合高校、雇主、学生三方利益需求,将是提升我国校企合作教育水平和提高人才培养质量的必由之路。
The accreditation system of co-operative education programs plays a crucial role for the development of co-operative education and the quality assurance of talent training in Canada. Based on stakeholder perspective, this paper, after giving a brief introduction of Canadian certification system for co-operative education programs, successively focuses on discussing how the system works to meet in- terests and needs of higher education institutions, employers and students, as well as to meet demands of the integration mechanism of the tripartite. The paper concludes that meeting the needs of higher ed- ucation institutions, employers and students is the rationality foundation of building the accreditation system which provides the institutional guarantee to establish long-term cooperation dependency relation among higher education institutions, employers and students and successfully to implement co-oper- ative education programs. Regarding employers as a major stakeholder of higher education especially university-enterprise cooperation in talent training, and integrating the tripartite needs of universities, employers and students, will be the only way to promote university-enterprise cooperation and improve the quality of talent training in China.
