摘要 本文根据20万t/a DCC裂解石脑油加氢装置一反检修检查情况并结合装置运行工况,分析认为该装置一反压降大的主要原因为:一反催化剂初始装填方案不合理,上部床层空高过大;DCC石脑油中二烯烃等不饱和烃含量较高,易发生缩合反应生成焦质;DCC石脑油在罐区储存时间长且氮封效果不好;装置晃电、氢气压力波动等加剧了系统压降增涨。同时还提出了预防一反压降增大的措施及建议。 This paper according to the 20 million t / a DCC naphtha hydrogenation unit is opposite to the maintenance inspection combined with device operating conditions,analysis the device a anti drop the main reason for unreasonable against initial catalyst loading scheme,at the top of the bed layer height; DCC naphtha diene hydrocarbon content of unsaturated hydrocarbon is high,prone to condensation reaction to produce coke quality; DCC naphtha in tank farm storage for a long time and nitrogen sealing effect is not good; device Akira electricity,hydrogen pressure fluctuation etc. exacerbates the system pressure drop increase. At the same time,it puts forward some measures and suggestions to prevent the increase of pressure drop.
