Research and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Mode in Research Universities based on the Triple Helix Framework

摘要 本文以三螺旋理论的视角,探讨提升中国研究型大学创业教育质量的理论路径和实践创新。在三螺旋理论的基础上,分析宏观循环,确定培养创新人才作为大学、企业、政府长期合作的共同目标;分析微观循环,提出三者保留原作用与身份,同时具备另外两个机构的一些能力的模式,以汇聚梳理资源,提升教育质量,并解决教育与实际脱节的问题。并通过"清华创+"的案例具体介绍实践场景,提炼经验启示。 This article discusses theoretical routes and practical innovations of improvement of quality for entrepreneurship education in China's research universities using the triple helix framework. Based on the triple helix framework, macro cycle is analyzed to identify that the cultivation of talents for innovation is the common goal for long-term cooperation among university, enterprise and govern- ment. Micro cycle is furthermore analyzed to propose that each of the three parties university, enterprise and government could carry part of functionalities of the other two institutions as well as maintaining its original functionalities and status. As a result, resource is coordinated and the quality of education is improved, which helps to relate educational theories and practical application. The case study Chuang Plus of Tsinghua University is illustrated as a case study to introduce how this practizes and what the implications are.
