当前,地方师范院校的发展面临许多的挑战。岭南师范学院要突破发展瓶颈,变挑战为机遇,在转型中求发展,就要牢牢把握人才培养这一根本任务,立足学校实际,以习近平同志提出的五大发展理念为引领,以创新发展为根本动力,满足协调发展的内在需求,突出绿色发展的价值取向,走开放发展的道路,共享发展的成果,坚定不移地努力朝着建设高水平师范大学这一目标而努力。

Local normal universities face many challenges in their development. To solve the problems, as for Lingnan Normal University, one of such local universities, in its development in the transformation and upgrade, It should hold firmly the key aim of cultivating the competent people. Based its development on its reality, Lingnan Normal University should be guided way of transformation and upgrade by follow- ing the five ideas of development put forward by Xi Jinping, taking the innovative development as its fundamental driving force so as to meet the internal demand of harmonious development. The eco-development should be emphasized as the evaluation orientation. The development should be set firmly on the way of opening to the outside world, of sharing the achievements, and of reaching the aim of constructing the high level normal university.
